SKY BARRE FITNESS TRAINING
This includes training on our signature Sky Barre 101 class formats which fuses TRX, Barre, HITT, & Low Aerial Sling Exercises. This is a great for studios or teachers who want to add a fun but challenging workout classes to their schedule.
Formats included with this training: Sky Barre 101, Sky Interval, Cloud 9 and Beginner Tricks.
BONUS/ADD ON: Sky Glow Parties- our parties rock! Learn our fun format for birthday and bachelorette parties
*Please note: This is not aerial yoga training. We do incorporate some yoga principles but our formats are more fitness focused and not based on grounded yoga postures. However we do have many aerial yoga instructors that utilize our training as a supplement to their aerial yoga classes or offer both!

SKY KANDY TRICKS
Love all those fun tricks you see on instagram but don’t have a clue on how to break them down? How to organize them? We have 16+ years aerial experience and have invested significant time on our signature methodologies that works and keeps students coming back for more…SAFELY. This training is great for studios or instructors who want to teach low aerial tricks based classes for the fitness benefits (and of course fun!) You must have at least 6 months aerial fitness experience to get the most out of this training.
